Hatha yoga uses the practice of the poses to release the body of toxins and stress, while building the physical strength and endurance required to spend long periods of time in meditation. Through the journey of asanas, music and aromatherapy we will restore our senses and energy letting go of anything that no longer serves us. All levels are welcome!
This practice will take you through forward bends, back bends, and twists in a dynamic flow connected to the flow of your breath. We will end with restorative savasana with aromatherapy. All levels are welcome!
Leave your worries at the door and come enjoy a sensory and visual guided meditation with Dini. Allow your mind to calm and enter into a deep relaxation. Every week we will focus on a different chakra to heal deep rooted emotions. At the end, we will discuss our experience and share our thoughts and feelings in an open, safe, non-judgement, comfortable setting.
